The problem
Two state programmes needed to connect people who want to help with people who need it. The P4 Initiative, a Public-Private-People Partnership, sends field volunteers to capture the needs of beneficiary households and connect them with partners and mentors, often where coverage is poor.
VidyaDaanam is a school donation platform. Schools publish infrastructure and resource needs, and alumni, corporates and the diaspora fund them, with full visibility of fulfilment.
What we built
Offline-first field app
A React Native app for volunteers with in-app chat, push notifications and audio and video capture. Needs captured in low-connectivity areas synchronise automatically.
Auditable partner channel
Partner-to-household communication stays inside one auditable channel, backed by a Django and PostGIS service with real-time messaging.
VidyaDaanam donation platform
Schools publish infrastructure and resource needs and donors fund them, with visibility of fulfilment. Built on Next.js, NestJS and Supabase, with contribution tracking and impact reporting.
