EHR integration and reporting across every site in your group

We connect the EHR, practice management and billing systems at each of your sites and turn them into one set of numbers your leadership can trust. Each site keeps its system. We build the connections, run them, and add each new acquisition as it closes.

The Problem

What gets in the way

Each acquisition brings its own system

athenahealth at one site, eClinicalWorks at another, NextGen or Dentrix at a third. They do not share data, and they stay in place for years.

No single view of the business

Census, utilization, provider productivity, denials and outcomes are assembled by hand every month, so decisions wait on spreadsheets.

Connections break

Integrations built one at a time stop working when a vendor updates its system, and nobody owns fixing them.

Moving everyone to one EHR is a multi-year project

A full migration is expensive, disrupts every site, and does not help the next practice you acquire.

What We Build

What we build and run for you

  • Connections to each system

APIs, database exports, HL7 and FHIR feeds, or the system's own portal, depending on what each vendor offers.

  • One data model for the group

Patients, providers, locations, visits and claims mapped to the same definitions, whatever system they came from.

  • Group-wide reporting

Dashboards for census, utilization, productivity, denials and outcomes, by site, by region and for the whole group.

  • Data checks

Daily checks that catch missing or mismatched records before they reach a report.

  • ABA and behavioral health tracking

Authorization units and reassessment dates tracked across clinics on CentralReach or Rethink, with alerts before a deadline is missed.

  • A repeatable plan for each acquisition

Each new site follows the same steps to be connected and reporting, so integration does not start from zero each time.

AI Engineering

AI for the data your systems do not structure

Scanned documents, faxes and free-text notes hold data that never reaches a report. Language models read them and turn them into fields the reporting layer can use, and anything uncertain goes to a person to confirm.

About our AI engineering

How It Works

From first call to running every day

  1. 1

    List your systems

We document every EHR, practice management and billing system, and the reports leadership needs most.

  2. 2

    Connect and align the data

We connect each system and map its data to one shared model. Early work can use de-identified data.

  3. 3

    Report and automate

Leadership gets one set of numbers, and the manual steps around them are automated.

  4. 4

Run it and add each new site

We keep the connections working and bring each acquisition onto the same model.

Multi-site integration: common questions

No. Each site keeps its system, and we connect them so you can report and operate as one group.

Common ones include athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Dentrix, Open Dental, CentralReach and Rethink, plus most billing and payroll systems. We use whatever access each vendor provides.

It depends on the system, but each new site follows the same steps. Sites on a system we already connect to are usually the fastest.

Often, yes. Many operational reports work on de-identified or aggregate data, which lets us start before every agreement is in place.

We do. Monitoring the connections and fixing them when vendors change their systems is part of running the service.
