BeyondScale was founded in 2016 as a specialized IT infrastructure firm serving fintech clients. Enterprise-grade managed cloud services with SOC 2 compliance followed in 2018, and in 2019 we started partnering with managed service providers to design, implement, and run their infrastructure. That practice is still the foundation everything else at the company is built on.
Today we deploy and manage cloud applications on AWS, Azure, and GCP, and we migrate servers and workloads out of data centers into them. The work covers migration and hosting, cloud native application development, cloud automation, DR and backups, service monitoring, scheduled maintenance and upgrades, and 24/7 operations and support. Chaikin Analytics moved its application infrastructure from a data center to AWS with us using a lift, shift, and refactor approach, and we have kept it running since.
Managed service providers use us as their engineering back office. We design, implement, and manage their cloud infrastructure and bespoke customer environments, own data storage, backup, and recovery policies with defined RPO and RTO, handle system and application upgrades, manage servers and workstations through remote monitoring with patching in scheduled maintenance windows, and monitor resource usage, health checks, database status, and system events around the clock.
