AI consulting and engineering from a team that has shipped document reading, portal agents, clinical voice notes and search over company records. We are an OpenAI Select Partner.
Most AI projects stall between the demo and daily use. We start by looking at the work itself: which steps are slow, which ones a model can do reliably, and which ones still need a person. You get a written assessment with the expected accuracy, the running cost and the risks, and we tell you when a simpler approach is the better answer.
Then we build. Our engineers have shipped systems that read insurance documents, lab reports and identity cards and turn them into structured fields; agents that log in to licensing boards and payer portals, check what they find, and repair themselves when a portal changes, with a person approving every fix; a voice scribe and phone-camera wound measurement used at the point of care; and question answering over a curated medical knowledge base. The work uses OpenAI, Anthropic and open models, chosen per task.
Every system ships with an evaluation set, so accuracy is measured rather than assumed, and with review steps for cases the model is unsure about. After launch we run it like any other production system: we monitor accuracy, cost and drift, and we keep it inside your security and compliance boundary. AI work runs on the same cloud, DevOps and security practices as everything else we build.
Reference architecture
AI engineering in production
Documents, portals and conversations come in, models read, check and summarise them, low-confidence results go to a person, and every result is measured and monitored, inside your own cloud.
What We Do
Where this practice does its work.
AI consulting and assessment
A review of your workflows, data and constraints, with a short list of AI use cases ranked by value, accuracy and cost, and a clear view of what to leave alone.
Document reading and extraction
Scanned documents, faxes, certificates and forms read, sorted and turned into structured fields, with low-confidence results sent to a person.
Agents that work web portals
Agents that log in to portals, gather and check information, and propose tested fixes when a portal changes. A person approves every fix.
Voice and clinical documentation
Real-time transcription that turns a conversation into structured notes, and phone-camera measurement for clinical records.
Search and answers from your documents
Question answering grounded in your own policies, guides and records, with the source shown for every answer.
Evaluation and monitoring
Test sets that measure accuracy before launch, and monitoring of accuracy, cost and drift after it.
How We Work
3 steps, each with a defined output before the next one starts.
Step 1 of 3
We map the workflow, test candidate approaches on a sample of your data, and write down expected accuracy, cost and risks.
01
Assess
We map the workflow, test candidate approaches on a sample of your data, and write down expected accuracy, cost and risks.
02
Build
We build the system on your data, measure it against an evaluation set, and add review steps where the model is unsure.
03
Run
We deploy into your cloud and run it: accuracy and cost monitoring, model updates and support.
