Provider credentialing and primary-source verification, automated
We build and run the system that checks every provider with the source: licensing boards, NPPES, DEA, board certifications and the OIG, OFAC and SAM sanctions lists. It also checks payer enrollment status, reads expiry dates, and saves proof of every check. Our credentialing engine runs about 30,000 checks a day.
The Problem
What gets in the way
New providers wait months to bill
Credentialing and payer enrollment often take 90 to 120 days or more. Until they finish, a new provider cannot bill, even when they are already seeing patients.
Skilled staff spend the day re-typing
Credentialing specialists log in to portal after portal and copy the same details into CAQH, payer forms and spreadsheets.
Expiries and sanctions slip through
Licenses, certifications and DEA registrations expire between review cycles, and a new sanction can go unnoticed for weeks.
Deadlines keep getting tighter
NCQA and payer timeliness rules leave less room for manual work, and every delay is lost revenue.
What We Build
What we build and run for you
Checks at the source
State licensing boards, national registries, certification boards, DEA and CDS registries, and the OIG, OFAC and SAM sanctions lists.
Payer enrollment status
Each provider's enrollment checked on the payer portals themselves, with the result and a screenshot saved.
Expiry and sanction status
License expiry, certification status, DEA validity and sanction status read at every check, so lapses show up in the results.
Proof for every check
A screenshot and the key fields from each source, saved with the date and time, ready for an audit.
Keeps working when portals change
Logins, one-time codes and CAPTCHAs are handled. When a portal changes, a repair agent proposes a tested fix and a person approves it.
Fits your current tools
Results flow into your credentialing system, EHR or spreadsheets, so your team keeps working where it already works.
AI Engineering
AI that keeps the checks running
Each screenshot is checked by a language model to confirm it shows the right provider and the right fields before results are saved. Licence status, expiry dates and sanctions are read from each page automatically. When a portal changes, an AI agent finds the cause and proposes a tested fix, and a person approves it.
About our AI engineeringHow It Works
From first call to running every day
- 1
Map your sources
We list the boards, registries and payers your providers need, and how your team works today.
- 2
Build on your systems
We connect each source and send results to the tools you already use. Nothing is replaced.
- 3
Run it every day
Our engineers monitor the checks, fix sources when they change, and handle exceptions with your team.
- 4
Add enrollment and rosters
Once verification runs, we take on payer enrollment, roster updates and monitoring.
Provider credentialing: common questions
No. We automate the checks and paperwork around it and send the results into the system you already use.
State licensing boards, NPPES, board certification bodies, DEA and state CDS registries, the OIG, OFAC and SAM sanctions lists, CAQH and payer enrollment portals. New sources are added through configuration, without new code.
The system handles logins, one-time codes and CAPTCHAs. When a portal blocks access or changes its pages, it falls back to another method, and a repair agent proposes a fix for a person to approve.
Yes. Every check saves a screenshot, the fields read from the source, and the date and time. You can pull the record for any provider at any time.
The system runs in your own cloud account under a Business Associate Agreement, with encryption, least-privilege access and audit logs. Primary-source checks mostly use public licensing data.
