The problem
When floods struck Vijayawada in September 2024, the municipal corporation needed to enumerate affected households and their relief needs immediately. Paper forms could not keep pace.
A second engagement had the same shape. A state-wide citizen-participation campaign, Jan Bhagidhari, ran from December 2023 to January 2024 and needed district-wise reporting for the district collectors.

A progressive web app for relief enumeration, with relief-request forms, encrypted submission and a reporting dashboard, built in five days.

Plugs into the state platform's identity, notification and reporting services, so none of those had to be built again.

District-wise campaign reporting for district collectors, with media galleries and bulk download, delivered in three weeks.
Five days, because the foundations were already there
Identity, notifications and reporting already ran on the state platform, so the flood relief app only needed its forms and its dashboard.
