Agentik: Account Research That Took an Hour Now Takes Minutes
Per-tenant agents for research, outreach and search tracking, tested on our own pipeline first.
Minutes
Instead of an hour per account
Per tenant
Own data and tool permissions
The problem
Sales and marketing teams spend an hour per account researching and enriching leads by hand, before any outreach goes out.
Before and after
By hand
- An hour per account researching and enriching leads by hand, before any outreach goes out
In minutes
- Account research and enrichment in minutes
- Proven on BeyondScale's own sales pipeline before release to customers
What we built
Per-tenant agents
Research accounts, enrich and import leads, draft outreach, run outbound CRM workflows and track search visibility. Each tenant has its own data and tool permissions.
Agent runtime
A LangGraph agent runtime with an MCP tool server.
Console and API
A Next.js console and a NestJS API, with lead import, outbound CRM and SERP tracking.
Our own stack
The same stack powers BeyondScale's own website, with AI-assisted content, video rendering and automated PDF reports.
How an account moves through Agentik
Every step runs inside one tenant, with that tenant's own data and tool permissions.
Research
An agent researches the account.
Enrich
It enriches and imports the lead.
Draft
It drafts the outreach.
Run
It runs the outbound CRM workflow.
Track
Search visibility is tracked alongside, through SERP tracking.
